In Week 15 of the 2:49 Marathon Project, I reached the taper after a long 15 weeks of training. I'm feeling good and the body is in full recovery mode getting itself ready for The Valencia Marathon in one week's time.

Week 16 is finally here. After 15 hard, long weeks, I have arrived to the final 7 days of the entire project. I am feeling strong, ready and most importantly excited to take on this challenge.
